Smart Lane Multiplier

Automatically diverts biscuits from the cooling conveyor into individual lanes (e.g., converting 1000mm width to 4 lanes). Sensors detect jams and regulate speed to prevent breakage before entering the sandwicher.

“No Biscuit No Cream”

Advanced photoelectric sensors detect if a bottom biscuit is missing. If no biscuit is detected, the depositing head instantly stops for that cycle, keeping the belt clean and saving expensive filling ingredients.

Lane Sorting

The Lane Multiplier receives biscuits from the cooling belt and distributes them into 2, 4, or 6 distinct rows for processing.

Orientation

Half of the biscuits are flipped over to act as the base shell, while the other half remain face-up to become the top lid.

Cream Filling

Servo-driven nozzles deposit cream, jam, or chocolate onto the base biscuit. “No Biscuit, No Cream” sensors prevent waste.

Capping

The top biscuit is precisely placed onto the cream-filled base. A gentle press ensures the sandwich sticks together without breaking.

To Packaging

Finished sandwiches are aligned on the exit conveyor and fed directly into the Pillow Packing Machine (Flow Wrapper).

Yes. The machine is designed with a quick-change system. By swapping the pusher lugs on the chain and the cream stencil head, you can switch production from round Oreos to rectangular Bourbon biscuits in under 30 minutes.

How does it connect to my cooling conveyor?

We use a Lane Multiplier (Distributor). This unit sits between the cooling belt and the sandwicher. It automatically detects incoming biscuits and diverts them into organized lanes (2, 4, or 6 lanes) to match the sandwicher’s intake, preventing jams.

Can I produce Double-Color or Double-Flavor biscuits?

Absolutely. We can equip the machine with a Double Hopper System and specialized nozzles. This allows you to deposit two different creams (e.g., Chocolate & Vanilla) either side-by-side or concentrically (one inside the other).

What happens if a biscuit is missing on the line?

Our system features “No Biscuit, No Cream” logic. Photoelectric sensors detect the presence of the bottom biscuit. If it’s missing, the cream valve for that specific spot will not open, keeping the conveyor belt clean and reducing waste.

Is the cream system hard to clean?
