High-Speed Sandwich Biscuit Production Line
Transform plain biscuits into premium treats like Oreos and Custard Creams. Integrated with intelligent Lane Multipliers and high-precision Cookie Cappers for continuous, automated filling and stacking.
Perfect Alignment at
High Speeds
Connecting the cooling conveyor directly to the packaging machine is a bottleneck for many factories. Manual sandwiching is slow, unhygienic, and prone to misalignment.
Loyal’s automated solution starts with a High-Speed Lane Multiplier, which organizes chaotic biscuit flow into neat rows. The sandwiching unit then uses Servo Technology to deposit cream or jam with ±1% accuracy, ensuring every Oreo-style cookie is perfectly stacked and clean.
Available in 1 to 6 lane configurations to match your oven output capacity.
Smart Lane Multiplier
Automatically diverts biscuits from the cooling conveyor into individual lanes (e.g., converting 1000mm width to 4 lanes). Sensors detect jams and regulate speed to prevent breakage before entering the sandwicher.
“No Biscuit No Cream”
Advanced photoelectric sensors detect if a bottom biscuit is missing. If no biscuit is detected, the depositing head instantly stops for that cycle, keeping the belt clean and saving expensive filling ingredients.
Multi-Shape Compatible
Whether you produce round, square, or rectangular biscuits, the machine handles them all. The Pusher Lugs and Cream Stencils are designed for quick changeover, allowing you to switch products in under 30 minutes.
Automated Sandwiching Workflow
From chaotic belt flow to perfectly stacked Oreos. Our system seamlessly connects the cooling conveyor to the packaging machine.
Lane Sorting
The Lane Multiplier receives biscuits from the cooling belt and distributes them into 2, 4, or 6 distinct rows for processing.
Orientation
Half of the biscuits are flipped over to act as the base shell, while the other half remain face-up to become the top lid.
Cream Filling
Servo-driven nozzles deposit cream, jam, or chocolate onto the base biscuit. “No Biscuit, No Cream” sensors prevent waste.
Capping
The top biscuit is precisely placed onto the cream-filled base. A gentle press ensures the sandwich sticks together without breaking.
To Packaging
Finished sandwiches are aligned on the exit conveyor and fed directly into the Pillow Packing Machine (Flow Wrapper).
Precision Sandwiching Technology
High-speed sandwiching requires perfect synchronization between biscuit feeding, cream depositing, and capping. Our modular system ensures <0.1% breakage and precise weight control.
Lane Multiplier & Vibratory Feeder
Biscuits coming from the cooling tunnel are often randomized. Our Lane Multiplier uses smart sensors and gentle diverting guides to organize them into 2, 4, or 6 straight lanes. This ensures a constant, jam-free supply to the sandwiching unit without manual intervention.
Servo Sandwiching Machine
The heart of the line. It uses a Pin-Chain Pusher System to transport biscuits smoothly. The Servo-Driven Stencil Head rotates to deposit the exact amount of cream or jam onto the base biscuit. The mechanical capper then places the top lid with high precision, ensuring no misalignment.
Jacketed Cream Supply System
Filling consistency is key. Our supply system includes Double-Jacketed Tanks with hot water circulation to maintain the perfect temperature for chocolate or cream. A positive displacement pump ensures a steady flow to the sandwiching head without introducing air bubbles.
Versatile Sandwich Options
One machine, multiple possibilities. Changeover between different shapes and filling types takes less than 30 minutes with our tool-free design.
Classic Round
The market standard. High-speed production with perfect concentric alignment of the top and bottom shell.
Rectangular / Square
Ideal for custard creams or bourbon biscuits. The guide rails and pusher lugs are customized to prevent rotation during transport.
Double Color (2-in-1)
Premium option. Uses a specialized concentric or side-by-side nozzle to deposit two flavors (e.g., Chocolate + Strawberry) simultaneously.

ROI Strategy: Inline vs. Standalone
Do you need a fully automated high-speed line or a flexible batch processing unit? The choice depends on your daily output targets and product variety.
Inline Sandwich System
Connects directly to your cooling tunnel via Lane Multipliers. No manual feeding required. Best for dedicated Oreo-style production.
Standalone Machine
Fed manually via vibratory chutes or magazines. Ideal for factories with multiple biscuit shapes or lower budgets.
Live Factory Operation

Engineered for Reliability
Sandwiching machines handle sticky ingredients at high speeds. We prioritize sanitary design and seamless integration to ensure your line runs clean and jam-free.
Sanitary Design
Cream residue attracts bacteria. Our cream hoppers, stencils, and pushers are made of SUS304 Stainless Steel and feature a tool-free disassembly design for rapid daily wash-downs.
Line Integration
Bottlenecks kill efficiency. Our PLC system automatically synchronizes the sandwicher speed with both the upstream cooling conveyor and the downstream Flow Packing Machine.
Waste Control
Filling ingredients are expensive. Our “No Biscuit, No Cream” sensor logic and precise Servo Motor control (±1% accuracy) prevent thousands of dollars in material waste annually.
Fast Changeover
Switching from Round to Rectangle? Our modular pusher lugs and stencil heads can be swapped in under 30 minutes, maximizing your production uptime for multi-SKU lines.
Frequently Asked Questions
Expert answers about High-Speed Sandwiching & Creaming.
Can one machine handle both Round and Rectangular biscuits?
Yes. The machine is designed with a quick-change system. By swapping the pusher lugs on the chain and the cream stencil head, you can switch production from round Oreos to rectangular Bourbon biscuits in under 30 minutes.
How does it connect to my cooling conveyor?
We use a Lane Multiplier (Distributor). This unit sits between the cooling belt and the sandwicher. It automatically detects incoming biscuits and diverts them into organized lanes (2, 4, or 6 lanes) to match the sandwicher’s intake, preventing jams.
Can I produce Double-Color or Double-Flavor biscuits?
Absolutely. We can equip the machine with a Double Hopper System and specialized nozzles. This allows you to deposit two different creams (e.g., Chocolate & Vanilla) either side-by-side or concentrically (one inside the other).
What happens if a biscuit is missing on the line?
Our system features “No Biscuit, No Cream” logic. Photoelectric sensors detect the presence of the bottom biscuit. If it’s missing, the cream valve for that specific spot will not open, keeping the conveyor belt clean and reducing waste.
Is the cream system hard to clean?
Hygiene is our priority. All parts #ct-popup-49254ing cream (hopper, stencil, pump) are made of SUS304 stainless steel and are designed for easy disassembly without tools. We also offer CIP (Clean-In-Place) compatible pumps for automated cleaning cycles.
