Fully Automatic Cup Instant Noodle Production Line
High-speed automation from dough mixing to final packaging. Delivering precision Round Noodle Blocks with intelligent Seasoning Sachet Feeding and leak-proof Cup Sealing technology.
Capture the Premium
On-the-Go Market
Cup and Bowl noodles command a significantly higher retail price than bag noodles, offering better profit margins. However, the production challenge shifts from “Noodle Making” to “Automated Packaging”.
Loyal’s solution integrates a precision Round Noodle Frying System with a high-speed Rotary Packaging Machine. We automate the entire sequence: cup dropping, noodle filling, seasoning dosing, fork insertion, and hermetic sealing.
Ensure your product looks premium on the shelf with 99.9% dosing accuracy and leak-proof seals.
Round Block Precision
No more broken noodles. Our specialized frying baskets are designed to match your specific cup or bowl diameter (Standard 85mm or Big Bowl 120mm), ensuring the dried noodle block drops into the container smoothly without jamming.
Multi-Pack Dosing
Handle complex recipes with ease. The line comes equipped with multiple servo-driven feeders to dispense Powder Sachets, Sauce Paste, Dehydrated Veggies, and Folding Forks automatically.
Hermetic Sealing
Extend shelf life and prevent leaks. Our intelligent Photoelectric Sensors detect the cup presence before sealing. If no cup is detected, the machine pauses the film cutting to reduce material waste.
From Flour to Finished Cup
A seamless integration of noodle processing and automated packaging. Our PLC system synchronizes the Frying Speed with the Cup Filling Rate perfectly.
Dough Mixing
Double-shaft mixer blends flour with alkaline water evenly. The foundation of noodle texture.
Rolling & Slitting
Compound rolling sheets are slit into wavy strands. Waving is crucial for holding soup flavor.
Frying (Round)
Noodles enter Round Molds for frying (150°C). The fixed shape ensures they fit perfectly into cups later.
Air Cooling
High-velocity air cools the noodle cakes from 120°C to 35°C, making them rigid for handling.
Cup Dispensing
Rotary System drops empty cups onto the conveyor. The cooled noodle block is then inserted automatically.
Smart Dosing
Auto-feeders drop seasoning powder, sauce sachets, and dried vegetables into the moving cups.
Film Sealing
Aluminum foil lids are heat-sealed onto the cup rim. Sensors ensure no leakage occurs.
Shrink Wrapping
The final cup is wrapped in POF shrink film for hygiene and tamper evidence before cartoning.
Industrial Grade Core Machinery
The quality of a cup noodle is determined by four critical stages: Forming, Steaming, Seasoning, and Frying. Here is Loyal’s robust equipment lineup.
Compound Rolling & Wave Former
The foundation of texture. Our forming machine utilizes multiple pairs of chilled alloy rollers to press the dough sheet gradually, developing a strong gluten network. The specialized Wave Former creates the signature curly structure of cup noodles, which is essential for holding soup broth and preventing sticking.
High-Efficiency Tunnel Steamer
Ensuring 100% gelatinization. Our steamer features a water-seal design to maintain internal pressure and temperature (>98°C). The multi-layer mesh belt design saves factory space while ensuring every noodle strand is cooked evenly, resulting in a transparent and elastic texture.
Cutting & Flavor Spray System
This integrated station performs three critical tasks: Cutting the noodles to precise block weights, Spraying liquid seasoning (optional for flavored noodles) for enhanced taste, and using an Air Knife to blow off excess moisture/liquid before frying. This ensures clean oil and consistent flavor.
Precision Cup Noodle Fryer
The core of the process. Our fryer uses an external heat exchanger to maintain oil temperature within ±1°C. The baskets are custom-made (Round/Bowl shape) with a non-stick Teflon coating. An automated chain-lifting system allows for easy cleaning and maintenance of the oil tank.
Versatile Container Formats
One line, multiple possibilities. By simply changing the drop-cup molds and sealing heads, you can switch production between Paper Cups and Plastic Bowls to meet diverse market needs.
Standard Paper Cup
The most popular format globally. Double-wall PE/PLA coated paper ensures heat insulation and premium printing quality.
Big Bowl (PP)
Ideal for larger portions (100g+). Made of heat-resistant Polypropylene (PP), suitable for microwave applications.
Mini Cup / Snack
Targeting the kids or light-meal market. Compact size requires high-precision filling and smaller frying molds.
Technical Specifications
Our cup noodle lines are configured based on Automation Speed (Rows per minute). All models support Cup, Bowl, and Box formats with quick mold changeovers.

Market Strategy: Cup vs. Bag
Choosing the right line depends on your target channel. Cup noodles dominate the high-margin CVS channel, while standard Fried Lines (Bag) rule the supermarket shelf.
Cup Noodle Line
Designed for the “Eat Anywhere” generation. Higher packaging material cost, but significantly higher retail price.
Fried Instant Noodle Line
The staple food solution. Typically produces Bag Noodles. Extremely low packaging cost allows price competition.

Frequently Asked Questions
Expert answers about Cup & Bowl packaging automation.
Can I run both Paper Cups and Plastic Bowls on one line?
Yes, but it requires changing the mold sets. You will need to swap the Cup Dropping Molds, Sealing Heads, and potentially the Frying Baskets if the diameters differ. Our machines are designed with “Quick-Change” modules to reduce downtime during format changeovers.
How do you prevent sealing leakage?
Leakage usually occurs due to uneven cup rims or incorrect temperature. Loyal machines use PID Temperature Control for the sealing heads (+/- 1°C accuracy) and a Floating Head Design that adjusts pressure automatically if the cup rim is slightly uneven, ensuring a hermetic seal every time.
Can the machine insert forks and multiple seasoning sachets?
Absolutely. We can configure the line with 3-5 Dosing Stations to handle powder sachets, sauce paste, dehydrated vegetable blocks, and folding forks. Each station uses servo motors for precise cutting and placement.
Can I use a square cup or non-standard shape?
Yes, but the frying basket must be customized to match the cup shape (e.g., Square or Oval). If the noodle block shape doesn’t match the cup, it won’t fall to the bottom properly, causing jams. We recommend sending us your cup design file (CAD/PDF) before manufacturing.
What determines the maximum speed of the line?
The speed is limited by the Sealing Time and the number of Lanes (Rows). A single lane typically runs at 40-50 cups/min. To achieve higher output (e.g., 200 cups/min), we use a multi-lane system (4-8 rows) or a High-Speed Rotary system.
