Dual-Stage Filtration Logic
Effective oil management requires a continuous loop.
Step 1 (Internal): A scraping belt continuously removes large sediment from the tank bottom before it burns.
Step 2 (External): Oil is pumped through an external filtering unit to polish away fine suspended particles before being reheated and returned to the fryer.

Which is cheaper: Electric or Gas heating?
For large-scale industrial frying (over 300kg/h), Gas (Natural Gas/LPG) or Diesel is typically much cheaper to run than electricity in most regions. However, Electric heating offers cleaner operation and 100% thermal efficiency, making it ideal for smaller capacities or regions with low electricity costs.
How can I extend the oil life?
Oil degradation is caused by high heat, crumbs (carbonization), and oxidation. Our machines extend oil life via: 1) Precision Temp Control (±1°C) to prevent overheating. 2) Continuous Scraping to remove crumbs immediately. 3) External Filtration to polish the oil constantly.
Can I fry different products in one machine?
Yes. You can easily adjust the belt speed (frying time) and temperature via the PLC touchscreen to suit different products (e.g., switching from Peanuts to Green Peas). However, if switching between products with very different flavors (e.g., Seafood to Nuts), we recommend a thorough boil-out cleaning first.
What utilities do I need for installation?
You will need: 1) Power Supply (3-Phase, voltage customizable). 2) Fuel Source (Gas line or Diesel tank if non-electric). 3) Exhaust Ducting for smoke removal. 4) Compressed Air (if pneumatic valves are used).
